Life Over Likes

My love for the ocean brought me to this project that had us come up with a marketing campaign. The Georgia Aquarium was one of my favorite places to go as a kid and ocean conservation is extremely important to me.
The Georgia Aquarium typically focuses on visitation. The market research shows that they can move towards a more conservation campaign aimed towards Gen z who are statistically more likely to donate than any other generation. Gen Z also likes companies that focus on conservation, climate change, and environmental help.
“Life Over Likes” is the name of the campaign with the message that donating and the life of ocean wildlife is more important than the likes you receive on a social media post.
Another part of the campaign was focused on billboards that would help get Gen Z into the aquarium while still focusing on the social media/phone presence that Gen Z heavily relies on.
