The Company
Zapid Hire is a recruitment platform which works in a similar way to TikTok! Their objective is to innovate and accelerate the recruitment process by removing paper resumes from the equation and enabling applicants to showcase their personality by answering a range of questions and filming their responses using their phone camera. The Problem
This is an ongoing project whereby my team and I manage their social media from content strategy to content creation and reporting. Over the last 4 months we've grown their following on TikTok from 122 to 9k, produced over 100 short-form videos for them and generated over 1.8million views, leading to an increase in app downloads as well as their candidate pool.

Having established our content pillars we produced over 100 short-form videos for Zapid Hire, growing their TikTok following from 122 to 8k in 4 months and generating more than 1.8 million views πŸš€
