People management has always been localised to big corporations. For small business owners, people management is often a luxury. A human manager is a human capital solution for businesses of all shapes and sizes. As a UX designer at HumanManager, I contributed to various projects that enhanced user experience for our diverse client base. My role involved updating design features, designing a mobile app for employees to view their dashboard, creating an end-to-end solution for HumanManager Flex aimed at small businesses, and contributing to the website design.
