Nigerian public sectors have struggled with payment settlement that has led to reduced vat remittance. At Venture Garden Group, I contributed to a team that customized our enterprise solution for various public sector organizations that streamlined their payment settlements from airline companies in Nigeria. I defined and documented the project scope, business requirement document and use cases. Served as a key liaison between the stakeholders and the company.
