I recently took on an exciting challenge: redesigning a mobile app for cleaning and plumbing services. Our goal? To create a seamless, user-friendly experience that would boost engagement, enhance accessibility, and ultimately increase conversion rates.
Diving into User Research
To kick things off, we immersed ourselves in comprehensive user research. Our approach included:
