The Spark ✨
After a thorough study of the brand platform and awareness, they decided to give the brand not only a facelift but a complete makeover. They asked me to work with the Brand Designer who has been hired for this project. He is specialized in printed design (logo, colors, posters, office set, etc).
🤕 Pain points:
the user can't find the product he is looking for,
the user generally has difficulty navigating the site,
they register a lot of dead and rage clicks,
the useful information for the user is not put forward (almost hidden).
📃 Brief:
Clear the website, less colors !
Simplify navigation between pages,
Improve the 3 zones search engine,
Promote the blog and repair tutorials.
