As part of a class assignment, we embarked on a project with the objective of developing a solution that addresses users' interaction while online shopping.

How might we find an efficient and simple centralized place for users to manage their shopping process through multiple websites 

1. Improve the flow of user’s shopping experience 

2. Personalize shopping experience 

3. Allow shoppers to access their cart from multiple locations

4. Increase likelihood of shoppers buying items

We interviewed six young adults. They were teenagers who regularly purchased items online from numerous websites at once.  

Through this design challenge, I developed my UI skills and creativity. It was my first time conducting user testing. I gained valuable insights into the usability of our app design. It became visible that some users found it difficult to sift through the app clearly. Through user testing, we were able to understand the issues from the users’ point of view and improve the design.
