More and more businesses do SaaS article writing wrong. They focus too much on the technical aspects at the expenses of the overall user experience, which inevitably tanks their SEO blog efforts.

So, the purpose of this article was to find an innovative and interesting way to write a comparison piece.

My goal was to write an article that was both informative and technical enough, while being also extremely visually appealing. On top of that, I wanted to also add enough credibility without overstuffing the article with too much fluff.

I achieved my goal by:

Formatting the article in a way that's easy to read, without sacrificing the technical aspects of the review/comparison

Using plenty of images and graphs to avoid a constant wall of text for thousands of words

Putting a table of contents at the top to allow readers to skim through the review easily

Adding lots of reputable sources for both my graphs and the many links to studies related to the comparison

By adopting the formula above, I was able to:

Get more followers

Increase traffic to the article from the get-go

Get reactions by people who read the article only a few hours after its publishing
