With this feature, users can effortlessly add various room types from the same hotel to their booking and customize the quantity for each room type before finalizing the purchase. When a desired room type lacks sufficient allotment, the system intelligently provides recommendations through the Alternate Match functionality. Additionally, users can personalize add-ons, assigning them to specific rooms and nights based on their preferences.

Post-Release Performance Analysis

The implementation of the Multi Order feature has shown significant positive impact across various performance metrics, based on an A/B test comparison with the Single Order variant:
Total Orders: Multi Order led to an increase of 3.5k orders (27.56%).
Contribution Ratios:
Orders with multiple room types contributed 8.83% to Total Orders.
GBV from multiple room types contributed 11.49% to Total GBV.
Conversion Rate (CVR): Multi Order showed a 0.39% increase compared to Single Order.
Impact of Multi-Room Purchases:
Only 0.41% of users (from 283k) who accessed the Multi Order variant purchased multiple room types.
This contributed significantly to GBV, generating IDR 2.2 billion per month with a total contribution of IDR 3.1 billion per month (a 41% increase).
The Multi Order feature demonstrates the potential to enhance user experience and business performance, creating more value for both users and the platform.
