UI UX Iteration and Improvement

Outcode is a workflow automation web app — think Zapier or Make — designed to help teams spend less time on repetitive tasks and more time on what actually moves the needle: customers and sales. It works by connecting automation data directly to the tools teams already use, eliminating manual handoffs entirely.

I led the end-to-end UI/UX iteration across the core user flows, focusing on reducing friction and improving clarity at every step. Deliverables included:

UX Flow redesign — mapped and restructured the onboarding and data-connection journeys to guide users through complex setup steps with minimal confusion

UI Component library — designed reusable, consistent components in Figma to speed up development and maintain visual coherence across the app

Figma Prototype — built an interactive prototype to validate flows with stakeholders before handoff

The work focused on the core product loop: account connection via Google OAuth → Google Sheet field selection → time format configuration → dynamic message composition with variable selectors → test send confirmation. Each screen was iterated on to reduce cognitive load and make the next action obvious.

A login page redesign was also delivered as part of the visual refresh.
