Predicting Employee Attrition for Salifort Motor

Salifort Motor: Capstone Project for the Google Advanced Data Analytics Certificate Predicting Employee Attrition: This project aimed to build and compare multiple classification models to predict employee attrition using a structured dataset from a fictional company named "Salifort Motor". The models developed included:

Logistic Regression, Decision Tree, Random Forest, XGBoost, Principal Component Analysis
