Current mental health apps often focus on one aspect, such as meditation, without offering the full range of support users need.

Rellax solves these problems by offering an all-in-one platform for stress relief. The app provides users with access to therapists, personalized meditation sessions, and a supportive community, all within a beautifully designed, calming interface.

After properly understanding the brief and the problem to be solved, I went through the following phases; conducting user research, designing the app’s interface, creating prototypes, and ensuring a seamless user experience.
