The brief

Fluxora provides point-of-sale hardware and payment processing for retail, restaurants, and service businesses. Their existing website ran on an outdated platform and failed to showcase the hardware lineup or communicate the breadth of their payment infrastructure.
The brief was ambitious: redesign everything from scratch, migrate to Framer, and create an interactive experience where merchants could explore POS devices, understand infrastructure capabilities, and find industry-specific solutions, all driving toward quote requests and consultations.

Discovery and strategy

We studied how merchants actually evaluate POS systems. The decision isn't only about hardware, it's about trust, reliability, and industry fit. Competitor sites were either too technical or too generic. Fluxora needed a different note: professional, clear, and product-forward. We structured the homepage as a guided journey through eight sections, each addressing a stage of the merchant's evaluation, from value proposition and social proof to product exploration, infrastructure depth, funding options, and conversion.

Design approach

The centerpiece is an interactive hardware spotlight. Instead of static product images, merchants explore each POS device through dynamic content panels that update on interaction, turning passive browsing into active exploration. For the infrastructure section we built a custom SVG animation system: three clickable pillars reveal the layers of the payment stack, with lightweight, GPU-accelerated animations that feel native to the platform.

Development and build

Every section was built as an independent, self-contained component with its own state. The hardware spotlight runs on a state machine that keeps imagery, features, and CTAs in sync; the infrastructure pillars manage their own open and closed states with smooth transitions. Despite heavy interactivity, the page scores above 90 on Lighthouse, with WebP imagery, lazy loading, and vanilla-JS state management for zero framework overhead.

Results

The redesigned site transformed Fluxora's presence from a dated brochure into an interactive product showcase. Engagement with the hardware spotlight exceeded expectations, with longer time on page than the old site, and quote-request submissions through the new CTAs rose in the first month after launch.
At a glance: 8 interactive sections, 90+ Lighthouse score, 12 custom components.
