She specializes in establishing proper DE&I in biotech. She was the architect of several talent pipeline initiatives in partnership with leading HBCUs and the client lead on social impact, health equity, multicultural, corporate inclusion and reputation campaigns on behalf of leading pharmaceutical and biotech clients, including Johnson & Johnson, Pfizer, Horizon Therapeutics, Genentech, Takeda, Sage Therapeutics and more.

When I first came on board with Abenaa, she was in the middle of a large Offsite with a major biotech corporation. The goal was to help her with proofreading, transcriptions, contract proofing, etc., to help things run more smoothly. Eventually this led to further contracts being landed with the client and more work, including graphic creation, newsletters and LI articles. The strategy employed here was to provide immaculate work on time to keep things running smoothly. Creative work done in Canva was shared to promote the business and draw more clients. During my time with Abenaa, we have worked on many projects together which have led to more clients, more money and more free time.
