Before designing this flyer for LaniTech 360, I started with research.
I studied how small and growing businesses manage customer data — and the pattern was clear: scattered information, missed follow-ups, and lost opportunities due to poor CRM adoption.
The insight?
For small businesses, disorganization is more expensive than they realize.
That research shaped the concept behind this visual — a clear contrast between chaos and structure. Using design as a problem-solving tool, I translated a business challenge into a simple, compelling narrative that communicates value at a glance.
