AirSync is a platform designed to help service-based organizations—such as HVAC providers—manage customer relationships, system diagnostics, and field operations in one centralized dashboard. It enables real-time tracking of equipment performance, predictive issue detection, technician scheduling, and customer billing. The platform’s goal is to surface critical data at the right moment so teams can act faster, reduce downtime, and drive upsell opportunities through operational visibility.

I led the product design effort from discovery to delivery, designing a modular component system and interaction model that scaled across customer records, system alerts, and service workflows. I mapped user journeys for technicians, operations managers, and support teams, focusing on minimizing friction between data and action. I also partnered closely with engineering to prototype predictive alert interactions and built out UI patterns that translated backend metrics into intuitive, high-clarity front-end experiences.
