Everyday Leadership is a UK-based podcast hosted by Sope Agbelusi that explores how real people lead from the inside out — through their values, decisions, and presence. The show features weekly interviews with guests from diverse backgrounds, offering authentic insights into leadership, identity, and personal growth.

When I joined the Everyday Leadership team in 2023, the show needed a visual and production upgrade to match the depth and professionalism of the conversations. The podcast had strong content but lacked consistency across its branding, audio quality, and video presence. The host also needed support managing production so he could focus more on content and community-building.

What I really loved about this podcast was the host’s vision to elevate the style and visual quality to something similar to Diary of a CEO by Steven Bartlett. It was a challenge at first, translating that level of quality with limited resources, but the longer we worked together, the more it came to life.

From 2023 to 2025, I managed the full post-production pipeline and branding for the podcast, including:

✅ Audio podcast editing — polished interviews, removed filler words, and improved pacing for clarity and flow

✅ Video production — multi-cam video editing for full episodes published on YouTube

✅ Short-form content creation — created branded Reels, Shorts, and audiograms to expand reach

✅ Graphic design — designed a consistent suite of templates for thumbnails, cover art, and social media posts

✅ Content systemization — streamlined workflows for weekly publishing across Apple, Spotify, YouTube, and social channels
