Project Overview

FIMUN 2025 was a Model United Nations conference that required a professional digital platform to present event information, engage prospective participants, and manage online registrations.

As IT Director, I led the event's technology and website-related responsibilities, helping deliver a digital experience tailored to conference participants.

The Challenge

The conference needed an accessible online destination where prospective delegates could discover the event, access essential information, and complete registration without unnecessary complications.

The website also needed to support promotional outreach and handle participant interest throughout the registration period.

The Solution

A dedicated conference website and registration experience were created to support the event's digital operations.

Key areas of work:

Event website development and presentation

Online delegate registration

Mobile-friendly participant experience

Digital event information and communication

Registration workflow support

Website management during the event campaign

Project Results

300+ Registrations

The digital registration experience supported more than 300 participant registrations.

2,800+ Website Visitors

The website attracted over 2,800 visitors, helping expand awareness of the conference and support participant outreach.

Recognized IT Leadership

My contribution to the conference was recognized with a Best Director award.
