I was engaged to redesign the website for an association that organizes picigin tournaments, a traditional Croatian water sport played on sandy beaches.

The client, a tournament organizer, had developed a website himself but sought professional help due to challenges with UX design. The website aims to inform participants and followers about upcoming tournaments.

Upon analysis, I identified the following key issues: poor navigation, non- responsive design, inconsistent elements, poor color contrast.

My focus was on enhancing usability and visual coherence to better serve tournament participants and enthusiasts.
