Queuing at the cashier is one method to order food when customers eat on the spot, apart from that there is another method the waiter comes to the buyer's table and write down the order for them. Each of these two methods has its own weaknesses, queues at the cashier because customers have not yet made their choice or the payment process takes a long time, and if the waiter comes to the table it means a lot of server is needed to handle many customers so that customers don't wait long. We conduct research with user interview.

The queue at the cashier for each customer affects the journey of other customers, for example taking a long time to choose a menu can hinder or prolong the queuing process, as well as payment and ordering.

The waiter-to-table system also has the same problem, which can affect the queue for other orders and add to the cost of paying employees for the owner

The time it takes for each customer to choose and pay will only impact them, whoever orders quickly will be served first
