One of my key projects is a System Builder & Operations Log developed for Echelon Remote Agency, founded by Mashecia Thomas.
This system is used to document and analyze how operational problems are identified, broken down, and solved through structured workflow design.
The work focuses on:
Translating business problems into clear system solutions
Designing structured workflows for execution and clarity
Mapping before-and-after operational improvements
Tracking execution progress and system components
Capturing insights for continuous system improvement
Each system is built to move from chaos → structure → measurable improvement.
This is not just spreadsheet work — it’s operational design thinking applied through simple, scalable tools.
