I provided clients with Instagram optimization by doing the following: optimizing their bio, helping them identify brand personality, creating on-brand graphics, and doing copywriting for their captions.

I communicate with my clients via Slack and Email. I also train my clients on any program they want to learn by sending Loom videos.

I provide notes of our strategy meetings via Google Drive and Asana, so the client ALWAYS has access to any information pertaining their content.
