The client came to us with a bold idea: create a fan engagement platform for the English Premier League that blends live stats, news, and a fantasy-style game—all in one place. Backed by pre-seed funding, they were ready to launch in the UK and expand across Europe. We were brought on to handle the full product design from scratch—starting with the mobile app and later extending to a Telegram Mini App.

### Kick-off & Feature Planning

We began by aligning on the product's core idea, user goals, and launch priorities. This included defining key features and outlining the roadmap together with the client.

We explored similar apps, user behavior, and football fan expectations. This helped us form design hypotheses and identify what matters most to the target audience.

We quickly visualized a few layout and interaction ideas to test direction early. After gathering initial feedback, we clarified structure and usability priorities.

With insights in hand, we mapped user flows and built detailed wireframes for the main features - ensuring clarity in logic and flow before jumping into visuals.
