Virtual tour app for busy art lovers

Cultur was created for art lovers, those who love to explore artworks and collect them but are busy with work. The die-hards tend to share arts with friends & family and wish to have more time. Culture enables users to explore, learn and shop art items in an immersive experience.

Problem

Many busy workers and elderly individuals with an interest in art do not have the time or ability to explore art items. While there are multiple apps to solve this problem, none successfully provide users with all the features they want to make a confident decision in one seamless experience.

Solution

Cultur integrates and improves upon the most used features of competing products to solve user pain points. Simplifying the process of exploring art items, sharing them with friends, and purchasing them.

Wireframes

Rough sketches were done to get my initial thoughts on paper and brainstorm new ideas for specific UI elements.

Using the feedback and insights gained from research, analysis, and sketching, a how-fidelity prototype was created to begin user testing.

Usability Study

A usability study was conducted to identify areas for improvement and to identify new ideas to satisfy user expectations, needs, and desires.

A high-end experience with a minimal approach

inspiration was drawn from high-end art galleries with a focus on minimal yet functional simplicity. The UI design reflects the user's desire to have a clutter-free, curated look and feel.

Logos

Typography & Color

Cultur makes it easy and engaging to explore art items, save, and purchase them. Art lovers would have access to audio and AI support, enhancing their experience.

Onboarding screen and home

Users can tour the art gallery and browse the pieces in the gallery and add items to  cart as they go.

Users can read more about the desired item and add it to their cart before checking out.

Faster way of searching for items through categories and tags.

Users have access to an AI support that answers questions quickly with links and more details.

In order to simplify and speed up the checkout process, the number of screens was reduced.
