📌 Otoz.AI — Complete Product Design from Scratch
Project Overview
Otoz.AI is an innovative AI-driven platform designed to simplify complex data analysis for business users. The product transforms raw data into actionable insights through intuitive dashboards and natural language queries, making advanced analytics accessible to non-technical teams.
My Role
As the sole designer on the project, I led the entire design process—from discovery and research to final UI delivery—crafting a user-centered product experience aligned with business goals.
Design Process
🧐 1. Discovery & Research
Conducted stakeholder interviews to deeply understand the product vision, target users, and technical constraints.
Analyzed competitor tools to identify UX gaps and differentiation opportunities.
Created user personas to capture the needs of data analysts, managers, and business users.
✏️ 2. Ideation & Information Architecture
Mapped user flows for core journeys like data import, query building, and visualization.
Developed a clear information architecture to keep complex features intuitive and accessible.
Facilitated wireframe workshops to explore and validate multiple design directions.
🧩 3. Wireframes & Prototyping
Designed low-fidelity wireframes to outline key screens and interactions.
Iteratively built interactive prototypes in Figma to test navigation and task completion.
Conducted quick usability tests with internal stakeholders to refine flows.
🎨 4. Visual Design & UI System
Created a modern, clean visual identity reflecting Otoz.AI’s innovative yet trustworthy brand.
Built a scalable UI kit including color palettes, typography, iconography, and reusable components.
Applied design system principles to ensure consistency and efficiency across all screens.

Prepared detailed design specifications and annotated prototypes for the development team.
Collaborated closely with engineers to answer questions, refine edge cases, and maintain design quality.
