Renewable Energy Governmental Project

Using an ultra-fast charging battery together with a close-loop of superfluid CO2, I created a zero-CO2-emission power plant that is under construction in Eastern European countries, where the level of CO2 emission is way above the allowed rate. The project over 300 Million Euros, is funded by European Union and the UK.
