Arunachala Samudra Website Redesign

Arunachala Samudra is a spiritual initiative inspired by the sacred presence of Arunachala Hill, Sri Ramana Maharshi, Seshadri Swamigal, Yogi Ramsuratkumar, and other radiant saints of Tiruvannamalai. The platform serves as a digital companion for seekers, offering resources, guidance, and teachings on the inward journey toward Self-realization.

The existing site was outdated and hard to navigate. The goal was to redesign the website to:

Create a cleaner, simpler sitemap

Improve accessibility and responsiveness

Enhance storytelling and engagement through visual and interactive elements

With no prior brand guidelines, I established a new look and feel:

Visual language: Earthy tones symbolizing Arunachala Hill

Textures & motifs: Used mandalas and sacred geometry for a spiritual touch

Typography & hierarchy: Designed for clarity and serenity

The redesign covered 50+ pages, fully designed & built in Framer

Used 10+ CMS collections for scalable content management

Smooth micro-interactions & animations for hover states and hero visuals

Fully responsive for all devices

The entire redesign was executed in 3 weeks from planning to launch. I worked solo, handling sitemap restructuring, design, CMS setup, development, and animations.
