Project Description
A talent agency was spending hours manually researching and scoring candidates before shortlisting. Built an n8n automation that searches public information via Serper, passes results to Claude for scoring against set criteria, creates an evaluation report in Notion, and notifies the evaluator via Slack.
Claude scores every candidate against custom criteria using live public search data, replacing a manual research process that previously took the team an entire afternoon per batch
Full evaluation report auto-created in Notion with strengths, concerns and fit score, ready for review the moment the pipeline finishes
Evaluator notified via Slack the moment each report is ready, cutting the feedback loop from hours to minutes
