Project Description
A marketing agency running campaigns for multiple clients had no system to prevent the same contact being messaged by two clients simultaneously. Built an n8n automation that checks every contact against a master Airtable database before sending, blocks conflicts, alerts the team via Slack, and marks clean contacts as queued.
Every contact checked against a master database before any campaign message is sent, eliminating the risk of cross-client overlap entirely
Conflicts blocked automatically and flagged to the team via Slack in real time, so no duplicate outreach ever reaches a prospect
Clean contacts marked as queued in Airtable to prevent future duplication, giving the agency a single source of truth across all client campaigns
