Designed to streamline internal operations at service centers, this CRM system perfectly centralizes all data flow. The design concept utilizes an intuitive architecture to reduce the daily workload of employees and process complex customer requests much faster without compromising quality.
I built clean dashboard panels to manage complex service processes, spare parts databases, and mechanic registries on a single screen. By combining rich functionality with visual simplicity, I created a solution that significantly increases the overall work efficiency of the entire team.
