Overview:
I developed an interactive HR Analytics Dashboard using Tableau to provide valuable insights into employee data for strategic decision-making. The dashboard helps visualize key metrics such as employee count, attrition rate, job satisfaction, and more.
Features:
Employee Count and Attrition: Displays total employees, attrition count, and attrition rate.
Department-wise Attrition: A pie chart representing the distribution of attrition across different departments (HR, R&D, Sales).
Employee Age Distribution: A bar chart showing the number of employees in various age groups.
Job Satisfaction Rating: A heatmap illustrating job satisfaction ratings across different job roles.
Attrition by Gender: Visualizes attrition rates by gender.
Education-wise Attrition: A bar chart indicating attrition based on the educational background of employees.
My Role:
Data Preparation: Cleaned and prepared the HR data for visualization.
Dashboard Design: Designed and developed the interactive dashboard in Tableau.
Data Analysis: Conducted data analysis to identify key metrics and trends.
Visualization: Created clear and insightful visualizations to represent complex data effectively.
This project demonstrates my ability to transform raw data into actionable insights using data visualization tools, enhancing HR decision-making processes.
