About Bentley · Power and Delicacy is a self-initiated reimagining of Found Studio’s 3D animation for Bentley Motors. Most car films score the horsepower. I chose to score the stitching, giving one of the world’s most powerful cars a voice that feels refined instead of loud.

Work I created the full sound design and original music. The ignition hits as a deep downer pitched into the floor, the leather, wood and thread blend into one signature material sound, and the headlights shimmer with diamond-like detail over the motors that aim them. The score pairs solo violin, cellos and strings with trombone, trumpets and low brass, building to a euphoric engine moment held back by a delicate vibrato. A powerful car, scored like a delicate one.
