The CRM software project for the Canadian company was a comprehensive solution aimed at optimizing customer and lead management processes. This software allowed the company to efficiently track and convert leads into customers by providing robust features such as Lead Management, To-do lists for leads, Services Provided tracking, and Invoicing capabilities.
As a Senior Software Engineer on this project, I played a crucial role in building and implementing these features. They applied strongly object-oriented concepts in the back-end development, ensuring a scalable and maintainable architecture. I also managed time-sensitive updates, including content changes and database upgrades, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted operations. Additionally, they meticulously planned, wrote, and debugged web applications and software with complete accuracy.
The technology stack used for this project included C#, Angular, Web API in .Net Core (2.0), Entity Framework, HTML 5, CSS, and SQL Server for the database. This project highlights my proficiency in developing complex software solutions and their ability to deliver high-quality results in a demanding and dynamic environment.
