NUO is a Turmeric Tea brand that offers premium quality tea imported from across the world. This magical golden beverage will brighten your day and provides you with a good balance of antioxidants, anti-inflammatory, vitamins and minerals. NUO aims to improve people's health one cup of tea at a time, spreading awareness about the health benefits of Turmeric tea.





NUO had 4 main challenges with their brand representation:

1. Find a reliable year-round creative agency to meet the demand for marketing materials, and avoid the risk of brand damage inherent in the continuous cycle of hiring and training staff graphic designers.

2. Rebrand the company’s visuals and redesign the packaging to lure customer’s eyes.

3. Lower the Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), scale online sales, and increase conversion rate.

4. Increase email marketing open rate and present NUO’s voice clearly.





The Solution?

We provided NUO with a full rebranding, and repackaging. Our mission as an agency was to recreate a bold logotype, effective packaging, and variety of fresh colors to reflect the nature and patterns of this heartwarming beverage!

The results

With Lia Vin Creative Design Agency, NUO was able to hear their voice in the marketplace. increasing the number of monthly website visits, sales, and lowering their CAC, outperforming previous marketing strategy. 

In two months, a total of 5,963 new customers were reached, with the following stats as results:

● Average email open rate of 42%

● Increase customer return rate by 37.8%

● And an increase of 3% conversion rate. 

 

With Lia Vin Agency it was easy to design A/B testing campaigns in order to find the best performing subject lines, first touch emails and follow up emails that resulted in more conversions. On top of that, with Lia Vin Agency, NUO was able to get a better understanding of their market, and their customer’s needs.

NUO’s new packaging was loved by their customers’, returning rate was higher to purchase the new packaging as a gift set. Furthermore, NUO’s new packaging saw a positive response for being environmentally friendly. Customers would bring back their tin can to refill it for a 10% discount.  

Email marketing has changed NUO visibility! NUO’s customers became more interested in seeing what NUO is offering and became more engaged with the brand. NUO’s website visits increased, and so did online sales.





We saw an increase of 37.8% in our return customer rate!
