CORE&CUP — Web, Mobile App & Automated Booking Platform

CORE&CUP is a boutique fitness studio specializing in Pilates Reformer, Yoga, and hybrid cardio concepts. The objective of this project was to build a comprehensive digital ecosystem to automate studio operations, streamline the class booking process, and provide a premium, seamless experience for members across both web and mobile interfaces.

Backend & Studio Management: Odoo

Custom Web Interface: Developed a fully responsive, custom-built website that serves as the digital storefront for the studio. It showcases the various disciplines, the studio schedule, and facilitates smooth user onboarding and checkout flows.

Flexible Credit & Booking Engine: Engineered a robust booking system managed via Odoo that handles "à la carte" credits. Features include:

Tiered Membership Subscriptions: Integrated recurring billing for annual membership tiers (Flow, Balance, Elevate), managing monthly invoicing and automated course allocation directly through the Odoo backend.

Cross-Platform Mobile App (React Native): Designed and deployed a dedicated mobile application for iOS and Android. The app provides members with a personalized dashboard to instantly view schedules, reserve or cancel sessions, and track their remaining credits on the go.

By centralizing the booking engine, membership management, and mobile accessibility into one integrated Odoo-backed system, the project eliminated administrative bottlenecks. It provided CORE&CUP members with a highly autonomous booking experience, allowing the studio management to focus entirely on client coaching and community building.
