Building for Creators at Pinterest

As a full-time Android engineer at Pinterest, I played an instrumental role in helping the team stay on the cutting edge of technology. I helped the team adopt Jetpack Compose, and was always looking for ways to adopt new technology to improve our products and development process.

During my time at Pinterest, I also designed and built an animated sticker system that allowed users to create stickers for their content. These stickers would then get baked into an exported video using OpenGL, providing a unique and engaging experience for Pinterest users.

In addition to developing new features, I also built many tools for creators and worked closely with customers to understand their needs. By identifying pain points and developing solutions, I helped to improve the user experience and create new opportunities for growth.

My time at Pinterest taught me the importance of collaboration and building products with the customer in mind. As an experienced Android engineer, I'm always looking for new opportunities to create innovative products that delight users and exceed expectations.
