Managed the optimization of a local service-based business’s Google My Business (GMB) profile to improve visibility in local search results. The project involved updating NAP (Name, Address, Phone) consistency, adding geo-targeted keywords, optimizing service descriptions, and regularly posting updates and offers. Additionally, I implemented a review generation strategy to enhance local credibility. As a result, the business saw a 50% increase in local search impressions, a 30% rise in calls and inquiries, and improved rankings in the local "3-pack" within three months.
