As the Program Manager for the Media Delivery Program, I oversaw the successful execution of four distinct projects focused on producing social media shows. These projects aimed to deliver engaging and high-quality content to our audience, consisting of a total of 56 episodes across four different shows. From conceptualization to delivery, I led a multidisciplinary team through each phase of production, ensuring seamless coordination, efficient resource allocation, and timely delivery of episodes.

- Project Planning and Execution:
- Developed comprehensive project plans outlining the scope, objectives, milestones, and timelines for each social media show.
- Managed project budgets, resource allocation, and scheduling to optimize efficiency and meet production deadlines.

- Creative Direction and Content Development:
- Collaborated with content creators, writers, producers, and talent to conceptualize show ideas, episode formats, and content themes.
