As the Program Manager for the Media Delivery Program, I oversaw the successful execution of four distinct projects focused on producing social media shows. These projects aimed to deliver engaging and high-quality content to our audience, consisting of a total of 56 episodes across four different shows. From conceptualization to delivery, I led a multidisciplinary team through each phase of production, ensuring seamless coordination, efficient resource allocation, and timely delivery of episodes.

Key Responsibilities and Achievements:

  1. Project Planning and Execution:
    • Developed comprehensive project plans outlining the scope, objectives, milestones, and timelines for each social media show.
    • Managed project budgets, resource allocation, and scheduling to optimize efficiency and meet production deadlines.
    • Led regular project meetings to track progress, address issues, and ensure alignment with project goals and client expectations.
  2. Creative Direction and Content Development:
    • Collaborated with content creators, writers, producers, and talent to conceptualize show ideas, episode formats, and content themes.
    • Provided creative direction and feedback to ensure that each episode aligned with the overall vision and objectives of the show and program.
    • Oversaw the development of scripts, storyboards, and production schedules, ensuring quality and consistency across episodes.
  3. Production Management:
    • Coordinated all aspects of production, including location scouting, set design, casting, filming, editing, and post-production.
    • Managed production schedules, crew logistics, equipment rentals, and vendor relationships to ensure smooth operations and on-time delivery.
    • Conducted regular quality checks and reviews to maintain high production standards and address any issues or deviations from the project plan.
  4. Stakeholder Communication and Relationship Management:
    • Acted as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and project team members, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and deliverables.
    • Facilitated effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely resolution of any issues or concerns.
    • Proactively addressed client feedback and requests, implementing changes as needed to meet their expectations and ensure satisfaction.
