Fast, accessible food delivery experience designed to work reliably within local constraints, then scaled across user, vendor, and rider touchpoints.
The problem
Larger brands skipped regions where basic services are hard to secure. vendors lacked digital reach, riders had fragmented workflows, and customers faced unreliable delivery.
The Opportunity
By addressing the challenge of food delivery while simultaneously expanding vendors' businesses and creating job opportunities for riders and local logistics partners.
Design Approach
Research: interviews, competitor reviews, field notes on connectivity and logistics realities.
Flows: simplified paths for ordering, accepting jobs, and managing menus and availability.
UI Prototype: clean, familiar patterns, readable typography, accessible color, instant feedback.
Constraints: offline awareness, low-end device support, clear error states, lightweight interactions.
User App Prototype
Browse, order, track, and connect with rider.
Vendor App Prototype
Menu management, order queue, payouts, performance insights.
Rider App Prototype
Ride assignment, route guidance, status updates, earnings.
Other Deliverables
Email templates for lifecycle messaging, waitlist and main marketing websites, plus an admin dashboard for operations, vendor onboarding, service areas, and escalations.
