One challenge many freelancers face is turning messy client messages into clear project scopes and professional invoices.

A client sends a paragraph, voice note, or email describing what they need, and you spend valuable time figuring out deliverables, timelines, pricing, and invoice details.

So I built InvoiceFlow AI.

✨ What it does: • Analyzes client briefs using AI • Generates a structured project scope • Identifies deliverables and timelines • Highlights missing requirements and risks • Creates invoice-ready line items • Stores projects in a centralized dashboard

Workflow: Client Brief → AI Analysis → Scope Review → Invoice Generation → Client Delivery
