RevenYou was trying to deliver an MVP Flutter app to iOS and Android but lacked the experience in the mobile development team to deliver with high quality.

I joined the team and was able to deliver both the Android and iOS mobile app in stores in under 4 months. We built multiple features that allowed users to invest in automated crypto trading algorithms. By the end of my tenure the app had over 40 million euros under management.
