As lead mobile engineer at iBOOD, one of Europe's largest online retailers, I oversaw the successful rebuild of two existing native apps using Flutter. Working with a team of two developers, we delivered the project on schedule within four months and replicated most of the original apps' functionality.

Over the next two years, we continued to enhance the apps with new features to streamline the ordering process for customers. We also migrated from a legacy PHP backend to a modern node backend, improving the platform's reliability and speed.

Our efforts paid off, with the new Flutter apps accounting for 60% of iBOOD's revenue compared to the older apps' 50%. Additionally, we improved the iOS rating from 2.6 to 3.8, demonstrating the positive impact our work had on customer satisfaction.
