Streamlining Operations for a Small Business

Created a system within their ClickUp project management tool to create simple workflows that are automated and will keep all the moving parts of each project up to date, easy to follow, and done on time. Client was not only able to see all the projects at a glance and see who was working on what, but also was able to save thousands of dollars a month on contractor fees as she was able to streamline and automate processes so that she can utilize her contractors more effectively. Also was able to automate the onboarding process for her clients, so that they felt like a VIP client, had all the steps ready for them, and knew what to expect at every step without having to do it manually .
