Workflow Architects Website Design and Webflow Development
Project Overview
Workflow Architects helps businesses redesign and automate their operations, and their website needed to sell that value proposition clearly to a B2B audience: fix the specific pain points costing companies time and money, back it up with real results, and make it easy for the right leads to start a conversation.
The project covered the complete website workflow, from UI/UX design in Figma to full responsive development in Webflow, including animated stat sections, case study previews, an industry-specific content grid and a multi-step, conditional lead-qualification form.
My Role
I worked as the website designer and Webflow developer for the project, responsible for the site from initial concept through to final build.
My responsibilities included:
Designing the website UI/UX in Figma Structuring the homepage to move visitors from problem to proof to action Designing the case study preview cards and results-driven layout Designing the industry-specific content grid Designing the animated stats and value-proposition sections Designing the multi-step lead-qualification form Building the complete website in Webflow Implementing scroll and load animations for the stats and content sections Building the expandable "show more" value cards Building the multi-step form with conditional question logic Testing and refining the site across desktop, tablet and mobile
The Challenge
Workflow Architects sells a service that's easy to undervalue if it isn't explained well: custom workflow automation across very different industries, from logistics to healthcare compliance to construction procurement. The website had to make that breadth feel organized rather than scattered, while still proving credibility through concrete, numbers-backed case studies.
On top of the content structure, the site needed several interactive elements to work smoothly together: animated statistics that reinforce results at a glance, an industry grid dense enough to cover six-plus sectors without feeling cluttered, expandable value-proposition cards, and a multi-step lead form with branching questions that needed to feel effortless to fill out rather than like a long intake survey.
Design in Figma
The design phase focused on building a homepage that could carry a visitor from "here's the problem" to "here's proof it gets solved" to "here's how to start."
I designed the hero and case-study preview cards to lead with real, specific results, then structured the industries section as a scannable grid where each sector paired a pain point with a resolution. I designed the animated stats section to reinforce credibility visually, the "show more" value-proposition cards to keep the page uncluttered while still giving depth on request, and the multi-step lead form to feel like a short, guided conversation rather than a static form.
Webflow Development
Once the design was finalized, I built the site fully in Webflow.
Case Study and Results Sections I built the case study preview cards and the animated statistics section, using scroll-triggered animations to bring the numbers to life as visitors reached them.
Industry Grid I developed the industry-specific content grid, covering multiple sectors with consistent card behavior and hover interactions.
Expandable Value Cards I built the "show more" interaction for the value-proposition section, letting visitors expand each card for more detail without leaving the page.
Multi-Step Lead Form I built the multi-step, conditional lead-qualification form, structuring the logic so each question adapts based on previous answers, and connected it to capture the details Workflow Architects needed from qualified leads.
Responsive Development and QA Every section was tested and adjusted across desktop, tablet and mobile, with particular attention paid to how the animated stats, industry grid and multi-step form behaved on smaller screens.
Project Outcome
The finished website gives Workflow Architects a site that does the selling for them: it explains a broad, technical service clearly, backs it up with real results, and guides qualified visitors straight into a structured conversation.
The final website is:
Fully responsive across desktop, tablet and mobile Structured to move visitors from problem to proof to action Backed by animated, results-driven statistics Organized around a clear, scannable industry grid Built around a guided, multi-step lead-qualification form Consistent in design language from hero to footer
