Redesigned Aqua Guard® called Aqua Guard® Ultraclean™

Objectives:

•Redesign of Brush designing to clean screen which is collect on elements.

• Installing two Spray wash header for more cleaning.

• Adding extra drive for belt assembly for more efficient cleaning.

• Redesigning the complete frame assembly for installing new components.

• This save onsite assembly, welding and installation cost, time and get better control in quality.

Key Responsibility:

• Create concepts & 3D model for newly design Aqua Guard® UltraClean™.

• Check constrains/ feasibility of modification.

• Send the final models to product manager with required constrains for final approval.

• Design the guide rail for proper guiding chain assembly and following energy efficient path.

• Added new sprays wash assembly for better performance & reduce maintenance cycle with detailed manufacturing drawings.
