Developed a serverless WhatsApp bot to replace a client's manual catalog management. The solution uses a Google Sheet as a real-time database, synced via Google Apps Script to the Meta WhatsApp API. Customers can browse products conversationally. The key deliverable was a custom HTML admin panel built inside the sheet, featuring a modal for editing and a bulk image uploader that auto-formats links. This eliminated errors, saved hours of manual work, and created a scalable, cost-effective e-commerce channel.
