Turning public building permits into a clearer view of potential contractor opportunities.
Public records contain useful information, but reviewing individual permits makes it difficult to see where to focus. I built a read-only workspace that brings permit records, estimated construction values, and contractor opportunities into one organized view.
The interface highlights project value, permit type, timing, and relevant contractor categories so users can compare opportunities and prioritize further research. Estimated construction value is context from permit records, not revenue generated or guaranteed sales.
