TexMediator — Website & Mediation Automation Platform

TexMediator needed more than a traditional law-firm website. The goal was to create a professional mediation platform that clearly explained its services while simplifying scheduling, client intake, virtual meetings, and multi-party payments.
I designed and developed the website, created responsive service and pricing pages, connected Acuity Scheduling with Zoom, configured detailed intake forms and document uploads, and implemented Stripe-based payment workflows. I also added technical SEO, accessibility improvements, analytics, and trust-focused content.
The completed platform gives attorneys and parties one place to learn about mediation services, submit case information, schedule a mediation, and complete the necessary steps online—reducing administrative work for the mediator and creating a more professional client experience.

Project Overview

TexMediator P.L.L.C. needed a professional digital platform for presenting mediation services and managing the administrative work surrounding a booking. I designed and developed a custom website that connects service information, pricing, scheduling, case intake, virtual meetings, and multi-party payment coordination.

The Challenge

Scheduling a mediation involves more than selecting a date. Attorneys must choose the appropriate session, provide case information, coordinate with opposing parties, submit documents, receive meeting details, and arrange payment. The challenge was to make this process straightforward for users while reducing the amount of administrative follow-up required from the mediator.

My Role

Website strategy and information architecture
Brand implementation and UX/UI design
Responsive frontend development
Scheduling and intake integration
Stripe payment automation
Acuity webhook development
Zoom meeting integration
Analytics, accessibility, and technical SEO

The Solution

I created a polished, responsive website that presents the mediator’s experience, practice areas, pricing, availability, and policies in one consistent experience. Visitors can select a mediation service, choose an available time, submit detailed case information, upload relevant documents, and receive their appointment information online.

Custom Multi-Party Payment Automation

Mediation commonly involves separate payments from multiple parties. I developed a serverless workflow that responds when an appointment is scheduled through Acuity. After securely verifying the scheduling webhook, the system identifies the additional party and automatically creates and sends the appropriate Stripe invoice.
This allows the initiating party to complete the booking while the other party receives a separate payment request connected to the same mediation.

Key Features

Clearly presented mediation services and pricing
Live appointment scheduling through Acuity
Detailed legal case-intake workflow
Secure document-upload capability
Automatic Zoom meeting creation
Automated Stripe invoicing for additional parties
Branded confirmation and scheduling experience
Cancellation, privacy, and website policy pages
Responsive and accessible interface
Analytics and search optimization

Technology and Integrations

HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
Netlify hosting and serverless functions
Acuity Scheduling API and webhooks
Stripe invoicing
Zoom integration
Google Analytics
Structured data and technical SEO

The Outcome

The completed platform gives TexMediator a centralized system for presenting services and coordinating the mediation-booking process. Attorneys and parties receive a clear path from service selection through scheduling, case intake, meeting creation, and payment, while the mediator spends less time manually coordinating administrative details.
