Project Homebound is a mobile application for outreach workers in unsheltered communities to track and compile actionable data and connect unsheltered individuals with resources.
Role: I worked as the Project Manager for this project. I coordinated with community stakeholders such as San Joaquin County Office of Education, United Way of San Joaquin, and San Joaquin County District Attorney's Office. San Joaquin County Office of Behavioral Health, Salvation Army, and local nonprofits.
Services Provided: Project Management, Testing, Quality Assurance, User Acceptance Testing, User Interface Design, User Experience Design.
