Voted as one of the Top Golf & Leisure Destinations in India, Oxford Golf Resort boasts of Pune’s only 18 hole private golf course, Golf Academy, an all-suite hotel, and leisure sports facility set amidst 136 acres, with close proximity to Pune.
Brief: The Oxford Golf Resort group wanted to design a brochure for the launch of their 5-star residential project at the golf resort. The client wanted to bring out the grandeur of the golf and luxury lifestyle.
Target group: HNIs from Mumbai, Pune and other Tier-1 cities; entrepreneurs, NRIs, second-home users
Solution: 'Less is more' in the premium, luxury segment. We went with a highly visual playbook style with minimal copy to weave a story around golf and luxury living. Starting with the luxury lifestyle-based talking points of how life at The Residences would be like, we slowly moved towards the features of each luxury apartment, and deep dived into the Oxford group's hospitality services that are part of these high-end residences.
